Between Jan. 5 and Jan. 26, the Nature Consortium is hosting several urban forest restoration work parties at Pigeon Point.
Work from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the West Duwamish Greenbelt. Each work party begins with a short informal forest ecology workshop. You will help remove invasive species, mulch, and plant native plants and trees in the city’s largest remaining forest.
RSVP is mandatory for all work parties as locations vary. Email Marisa at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (206) 923-0853, and please provide your name, phone, email, and work party date of interest.
